At Carter’s we have started a new program to help others in need, called CARTER CARES! Our vision for the company is to be Indy’s fastest hot water provider with the bold guarantee of “Hot Water Today or It’s You We Pay!” With this vision in mind, we want to ensure our customers and their families are taken care of when it comes to hot water! We also want to continue carrying out our purpose of caring for and serving families. We will be donating 1 water heater plus installation per month to someone in need. But first, we need YOUR help. The recipient will receive a hot water heater plus installation absolutely FREE of charge, we just have a few qualifications to be met.
As a family owned business, we decided to make “being related to a past customer” one of the qualifications. Our family values guide the decisions we make at Carter’s and we want our customers to know how much we value their families and their support. We also ask the recipient to be a home owner and one of the following: Senior (over 70 years old), widow, disabled/handicapped, or a single parent with children and an annual income less than 40,000. These qualifications allow us to reach an individual or a family that will benefit greatly from a new hot water heater! 2020/2021 have been a tough years, full of change and uncertainty and we are here to help!
We will be continuously accepting applications at this website. If you know of someone who could benefit from the installation of a new water heater, please fill out your nomination in the form linked above. You can also call the office at 317-859-9999 if you have any additional questions. Our management team will be reviewing nominees at the end of each month. After the nominee is picked, we will be contacting the nominee to get the installation process started!
In the past, Carter’s has partnered with Wheeler Mission, Salvation Army, Susan G. Kolmen, Partners in Housing, and local churches to support our vision of caring and serving families. We have also done numerous home improvements and donated plumbing services to community members and organizations in need. We truly believe our community and our customers are THE best.
