Plumbing Compliment from local Pastor after Toilet repair done

Plumbing Compliment is such a great source of feedback and referral for companies. At Carter’s My Plumber we were able to donate our Plumbing Service to repair a non-functioning toilet for Pastor Walt Willet and he gave us this heartfelt compliment. Walt and his wife, Karen, live on the Southside of Indianapolis. Karen is suffering from ovarian cancer, and they were in need of a toilet repair. The Carter’s are involved in helping the Southside Neighborhood where Pastor Walt donates his time to help the community. “It’s a special way of being involved with the community and being able to serve,” says Lisa Carter.

Pastor Walt was pleased with the work performed by Carter’s My Plumber, and gives a heartfelt compliment about the service he received. Pastor Walt told our Licensed Plumber what he wanted and the needs of his wife who is under hospice care.  Our plumber installed a new comfort height toilet that will better accommodate their needs.  Comfort Height Toilets are often requested for people suffering health issues making it easier to use.  It is especially nice to get feedback from customers who enjoy their new appliances.  We use feedback to help encourage our plumbing technicians as well.  it feels good knowing you serve others to meet their satisfaction.
