A clogged drain is a possible easy fix! A plunger or a snake that you can buy at store could be the tool you need to undo the clog. Also, you can look into buying safe liquid solutions to pour down the drain to clear the pipe!
Fix a Runny Toilet By Myself
If the toilet in the bathroom is causing you to have no sleep at night. There are a couple of things you can do to fix it from sprinting (that was a bad joke).

It could be the flapper! Do a courtesy flush to see if it completely seals the toilet tank from flushing. If not, you may need a new flapper.

OR if the flapper is okay it could be the chain that pulls it up and down. The chain could be tangled! Check it out!

If none of those seem to be the problem. It could be the that your water valve is not completely open and the water is seeping into the tank slowly.
Install a New Faucet By Myself
Installing a new faucet is fairly easy too! Just make sure that you turn off the hot and cold water lines at the bottom of your sink. There are plenty of tutorials online that you can follow. Like this one!
