Check The Source of Your Tap Water
- First, you will have to do some research of where you are getting your water. Are you getting it from a well or from a city? Where is the city utility water coming from? Is it in danger of contamination by agriculture chemicals, human waste, or hazardous chemicals?
- If you feel that the water is in danger, the best thing to do is to have someone professionally test it.

- If you want to be on the safe side of things. You can go to a hardware store and buy a heavy duty reverse osmosis system to filter out the dangerous chemicals. This system is thorough and can be installed to every water outlet in your house.
