1. We will provide all written pricing options “up front” before the work is approved.
2. We will refrain from smoking, chewing tobacco, or swearing in your home or on your property.
3. We will always wear shoe covers, utilize drop clothes, and clean up after we are finished.
4. We will provide our warranties in writing. If you experience a failure within our written warranty period, we will immediately uphold our warranty “hassle” free.
5. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided we will refund all of your money.
